Note - Separate items may not be combined to increase quantity discount.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Lettering - Typed instructions preferred. We cannot be responsible for spelling errors on poorly hand written orders.
Logos - Black & White camera ready artwork is preferred - faxed artwork is not acceptable for logo reproduction. Extra charges may apply for art clean-up.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Charges - $1.50 per shipping carton plus freight charges.
Split Shipments - Add $3.00 per location.
Claims & Damages - It is the responsibility of the customer to make claims with the carrier.

PRODUCTION TIME
Orders requiring set up charges include one hour of art preparation, typesetting and one camera shot. Additional artwork will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Minimum art charge $25.00, PMT camera shot $12.00.
ARTWORK PREPARATION
Normal production time is 5 to 10 working days. Large quantities may require 10 to 20 working days.
*Deep etch and metal plaques require 2 to 3 weeks for completion.
RUSH SERVICE
Special rush service is available. Contact Rutherford Trophies for extra charges.
RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items MUST be authorized by Rutherford Trophies.
TERMS
Net 10 days for customers with established accounts. Our minimum billing is $15.00.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
All cost incurred to cancellation date will be billed. Orders changed after work has been completed will be subject to additional charges.
